In an executive career incorporating a number of Directorships, including 5 years as Managing Director of an IT Consultancy, and having coached executives in start-ups, small businesses and large multinationals, I can safely say that I cannot predict what an executive will bring to a coaching session.

So what can coaching offer you? A chance to focus on YOU, and deal with anything you are experiencing difficulties with, for a start. An opportunity to look at your personal and business objectives, and see if you are being as effective as you want to be. Is your career going where you want? Are personal issues affecting your performance at work? Do you live your values?

Our Coaching offers you some structure (if you want it) the opportunity to be supported (if it is useful for you), and a different perspective from someone with experience of the issues you face in your work and life.
